We are seeking a dynamic and creative Company Brand Manager to lead and implement our brand strategy. This role is crucial in shaping our brand identity, driving brand awareness, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing and Advertising
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to attract and retain a loyal following.
- Monitor social media analytics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience.
Exhibition Preparation, Design, and Management
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry exhibitions and events.
- Design and oversee the creation of eye-catching exhibition booths and displays.
- Manage exhibition logistics, including booth setup, staffing, and material distribution.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, engaging with potential clients and partners.
Brand Identity Management
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, including brand guidelines, logo usage, and messaging.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and communications.
- Monitor brand reputation and address any issues promptly.
Client Coordination and Relationship Management
- Collaborate with clients to understand their branding needs and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and timely delivery.
Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences.
- Analyze market data to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
Other Relevant Duties
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing brand assets.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
