BRAND MANAGERS
Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidates will amongst other things:
q Champion and drive growth in volume and equity by leveraging on consumer attitudes, motivations and trends
q Develop and execute short and long terms brand plans
q Plan and be accountable for development of brand innovations and re-engineering projects
q Deliver brand strategy and advertising communications founded on deep understanding of consumer insights
q Monitor and evaluate all brand investments and assets
q Manage agency partners with focus on achieving brand growth agenda
q Generate monthly brand and market reports
q Provide trade marketing support for all channel schemes in collaboration with the sales team
Requirements: Our ideal candidates should:
q Possess a first degree in social sciences with a minimum of 2nd Class (Upper Division)
q Possess APCON and NIMN membership
q Have a minimum of 5 years’ brand management experience in a blue chip FMCG environment
q Have spirits and wines industry experience
q Have strong analytical skills
q Have strong social media and digital marketing experience
q Be a creative team player, problem solver and innovative thinker
q Have high degree of integrity
