Your Responsibilities...

  • You will develop and execute brand strategy to enhance awareness, positioning, and growth across all marketing and sales channels.
  • You will manage retail and wholesale accounts, negotiate business plans, track sales performance, and optimise product placement.
  • You will lead marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and in-store activations, ensuring a compelling brand presence.
  • You will collaborate with influencers, dermatologists, and industry experts to build brand credibility and advocacy.
  • You will represent Skin Science at trade fairs, beauty expos, and industry events, driving brand visibility and engagement.
  • You will plan and execute pop-ups, in-store activations, and promotional events to boost consumer awareness and sales.
  • You will oversee product launches, ensuring go-to-market strategies align with consumer needs and brand positioning.
  • You will analyze market trends, consumer feedback, and sales data, using insights to refine marketing and sales strategies.

To be considered, you should have...

  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or sales within skincare, beauty, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong understanding of skincare trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience managing retail and wholesale partnerships, with a proven track record in sales growth.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, PR, influencer collaborations, and trade show management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
