Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Brand & Marketing Lead. As the Brand & Marketing Lead at Acuity Partners, you will possess a strong strategic mindset, creativity, and a proven track record in leading successful marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring our brand’s presence is impactful, cohesive, and aligned with our core values and business objectives.


Responsibilities

  1. Brand Strategy & Development: Lead the creation and execution of the company’s brand strategy to strengthen and position Acuity Partners with its service offerings as a leading player in our industry.
  2. Marketing Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
  3. Story telling and Content Oversight: Drive storytelling initiatives that resonate with target audiences, ensuring content aligns with the brand's voice and strategic goals.
  4. Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with graphics designer, communicaitons executivve and other team members to maintian a unified brand message across all platforms.
  5. Digital Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote the firm's services and initiatives. Manage digital campaigns, including paid ads and organic social media strategies. Assist in managing digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM tools).
  6. Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of firm events, conferences, and seminars, including managing invitations, logistics, and promotional materials.
  7. Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all communication platforms and materials.
  8. Performance Analysis: Monitor communication channels and analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing & communication strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in a Communications, Marketing, or brand management role

preferably within a professional services or corproate environment.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing projects and cross-functional

teams.

• Ability to think strategically and translate complex ideas into practical, impactful

marketing strategies.

• A creative thinker who can lead and inspire innovative marketing solutions.

• Proficiency in analyzing performance data to inform decision-making and improve

campaign outcomes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g.,

Google Analytics, SEO tools).

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

simultaneously
