Job Overview:
We are looking for a Brand & PR Manager to enhance brand visibility, secure media opportunities, and foster strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, skilled in brand communications, and capable of driving impactful collaborations that amplify brand influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trend Monitoring & Content Recommendations: Provide weekly updates on trends and content opportunities to enhance brand positioning.
- PR & Media Features: Secure a minimum of one PR opportunity per week (e.g., large publications, social media highlights, podcasts, or panel features). Paid features are acceptable when necessary.
- Brand Outreach & Relationship Management: Conduct direct outreach via email and social media, maintaining prompt and professional communication. Ensure all brand-related emails are responded to within three hours during working hours to establish a reputation as a reliable collaborator.
- Brand Deals & Collaborations: Secure a minimum of one paid brand deal, collaboration, or UGC deal per week. Identify and apply for brand deals across creator platforms to expand reach and influence.
- System & Database Management: Maintain and update the Plannet system, ensuring follow-ups and communications are effectively tracked. Regularly update the brand and PR contact sheet with new leads and partnership progress.
- Media Kit & Proposal Development: Keep media kits and contact sheets updated. Draft and refine partnership proposals to increase collaboration success rates.
- LinkedIn Engagement & Thought Leadership: Curate and post engaging LinkedIn content, actively engaging with relevant stakeholders to strengthen brand credibility.
- Trend & Media Awareness: Keep Anita informed about weekly trends and industry news to maximize media traction.
- Marketing for Travel Itineraries: Establish and manage a marketing plan for travel itineraries once launched.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in PR, brand management, influencer marketing, or communications.
- Proven ability to secure media placements and brand deals.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to maintain brand relationships.
- Experience with email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and trend analysis.
- Highly organized with the ability to track and manage multiple partnerships.
- Familiarity with content marketing, influencer collaborations, and social media trends.
