About Us:

SellersMart is a leading e-commerce platform seeking an experienced *Brand Acquisition Specialists* to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and onboard manufacturers and large distributors of products within specific regions to list their products on our platform.

*Job Summary:*

The *Brand Acquisition Specialist* will develop and execute strategies to acquire new manufacturer, brands and distributor partners, expanding our product offerings and driving revenue growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Partner Acquisition*

1. Identify and target potential manufacturers, brands and distributors in assigned regions.

2. Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers.

3. Present platform benefits, highlighting revenue growth opportunities.

4. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.

*Relationship Building*

1. Establish strong relationships with manufacturer, brand and distributor partners.

2. Provide exceptional support and account management.

3. Ensure partner satisfaction and retention.

*Market Research and Analysis*

1. Conduct market research to identify industry trends.

2. Analyze competitor activity and market gaps.

3. Provide insights to inform business development strategies.

*Performance Monitoring and Optimization*

1. Track partner performance metrics (e.g., sales, product listings).

2. Identify areas for improvement.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize partner experience.

*Requirements:*

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.

3. Proven track record of successful partner acquisitions.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

*Desirable Skills:( This will be an added advantage)*
