Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Brand Reputation
- Gather feedback from sales and analyse consumer behaviour to define our company’s positioning
- Manage all social media platforms; create engaging posts, strategize on increasing followership & engagements.
- Maintain & improve on our differentiation strategy
- Create guidelines that define our company’s voice both online and offline (including terminology and slogans)
- Brief our creative team on monthly marketing projects to be worked on.
- Conduct competitive research to continually identify our strengths and weaknesses
- Design promotional campaigns for existing and new products and markets.
- Develop our social media strategy
- Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events
- Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
Requirements:
- Work experience as a Brand Strategist or Social Media Manager or similar role in Marketing
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Experience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation
- Data-driven thinking
- Communication and writing skills
- BSc /HND in a related field is a plus
