Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze consumer insights, market data, and industry trends to develop innovative brand strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop compelling brand messages, brand stories, and visual identities that effectively communicate the brand essence.
  • Develop and manage brand guidelines, brand architecture, and brand positioning frameworks to ensure a consistent brand experience.
  • Identify and leverage brand partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand reach and awareness.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand strategy, marketing, and consumer behavior.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Brand Strategist, Brand Manager, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand management principles, and marketing concepts.
  • In-depth knowledge of market research techniques, data analysis, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market insights.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using brand management tools and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
