Builder

Responsibilities:

Construction and Renovation:

• Perform a wide range of construction tasks, including framing, roofing, concrete work, and general carpentry.
• Build and install structures and fixtures, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Execute renovation projects, including demolition, framing, and finishing.
• Ensure projects are completed according to blueprints and specifications.

Blueprint Interpretation:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Plan and lay out projects to ensure accurate and efficient construction.

Material Management:

• Assist in ordering, receiving, and managing construction materials.
• Ensure materials are used efficiently and minimize waste.

Coordination and Collaboration:

• Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members.
• Follow instructions from project managers and supervisors.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site.
• Identify and report any safety hazards.

Tool and Equipment Maintenance:

• Maintain and care for construction tools and equipment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or damages.

Quality Control:

• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Correct any defects or deficiencies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Builder or in a similar construction role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Proficiency in using construction tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Valid driver's license (if required).
• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
