Position Overview

We are seeking a highly professional, well-presented individual to join our team as a Business Administrator and Receptionist. This role combines administrative responsibilities with front-desk duties, making it critical to the smooth operation of our business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Oversee scheduling and maintain calendars for meetings and appointments.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
  • Assist with business operations, including basic bookkeeping and reporting.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and provide support to other team members.


Requirements

  • Must live close to Omole Phase 1, Lagos, for ease of commute.
  • Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
