Position Overview
We are seeking a highly professional, well-presented individual to join our team as a Business Administrator and Receptionist. This role combines administrative responsibilities with front-desk duties, making it critical to the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Oversee scheduling and maintain calendars for meetings and appointments.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Assist with business operations, including basic bookkeeping and reporting.
- Ensure excellent customer service and provide support to other team members.
Requirements
- Must live close to Omole Phase 1, Lagos, for ease of commute.
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly professional demeanor and appearance.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
