- Create and maintain user documentation for business processes and systems.

- Provide recommendations for process improvements and alternative solutions to optimize operations.
- Develop visualization dashboards to present business insights effectively.
- Digitalize existing and new processes to align with organizational goals.

- Present findings and proposals to stakeholders and leadership effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably at an expert/professional level.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Strong command of MS Office, including Visio.
- Experience creating visualization dashboards and digitalizing processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to recommend alternative solutions and handle complex scoping issues.
- Expertise in process improvements and strategic alignment.
- Familiarity with principles of business strategies and project estimation.
- Understanding of change management principles.
- Self-directed with minimal supervision required.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
- Effective in cross-functional team environments.
