Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and present detailed reports, data visualizations, and recommendations to decision-makers.
• Evaluate and monitor the performance of implemented solutions to ensure effectiveness.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, validate, and prioritize requirements.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including business cases, process maps, and user stories.
• Support project teams during development and testing phases to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance business analysis methodologies.

• Must have analytical and business marketing skills
• Must be goal-oriented and work under minimal supervision
• Must be between 25-35
• Must have studied management or engineering.
