Business Analyst/Technical Proposal Writer

Responsibilities:

Business Analysis (IT Focus):

• Analyze existing IT processes, systems, and infrastructure to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market research related to IT trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Gather and document technical and business requirements from stakeholders to design tailored solutions.
• Develop data dashboards, reports, and analytics to track project KPIs and inform decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional IT teams to optimize workflows, especially in system integrations and software implementations.
• Support the setup and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) to streamline client management.

Technical Proposal Writing:

• Write high-quality technical proposals, RFP responses, and business presentations for IT projects, including software development, data center solutions, and digital transformation.
• Tailor proposals to meet the specific needs and pain points of clients in various industries.
• Create technical documentation, case studies, and whitepapers to showcase Mindglobe’s expertise.
• Ensure all technical content aligns with our brand voice and emphasizes our competitive advantage.
• Continuously refine proposal content by integrating client feedback and staying updated on industry developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or IT project management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in IT systems analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho), project management tools (JIRA, Trello), and data analysis software.
• Proven experience writing technical proposals, RFPs, and documentation for IT projects.
• Strong command of IT terminology, methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and digital transformation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
