Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and develop solutions to optimize business operations.
- Create and update process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other visual representations.
- Work closely with business users, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
- Participate in design reviews, testing phases, and user acceptance testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
- Strong Organization and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
