We are looking for a Business Assistant to assist in managing daily business operations, support market development and customer communication, optimize the company's internal processes, and ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily administrative affairs, such as document organization, meeting arrangements, and schedule management
- Maintain customer relationships, assist in business negotiations and contract management
- Handle internal company communications, coordinate affairs of various departments, and improve work efficiency
- Support the sales team, assist in following up with potential customers, and organize customer data
- Assist the financial team in expense reimbursement, procurement management, and other matters
Requirements:
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate efficiently with customers and team members
- Have good data analysis and market research capabilities
- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work, able to handle multiple tasks and maintain efficiency
