Job Summary

The Business Associate will support the real estate team by driving initiatives that help achieve business objectives, manage key projects, analyze data for informed decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can support the team in a fast-paced environment, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to the growth and development of the business.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Data Management: Gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources to support strategic planning and business decisions. Use data to generate reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, as well as expanding existing client relationships.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance indicators, monitor budget and expenditures, and support the preparation of financial reports.
  • Sales & Client Support: Support the sales team by managing client communications, preparing proposals, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve business processes to optimize efficiency, identify gaps, and implement solutions.


Requirements:

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
