Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic business and financial consulting services to clients across various industries
  • Analyze and interpret financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
  • Assist clients in developing sound internal control systems and business processes
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and financial models as needed
  • Support business planning and decision-making through data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensurethe  timely delivery of client engagements
  • Conduct market research and identify business improvement opportunities
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and performance metrics
  • Help clients implement IFRS standards, financial controls, or bookkeeping practices
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and during presentations
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, compliance standards, and emerging trends

Requirements:
  • Minimum B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet set goals.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, bookkeeping principles, and budgeting processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented structure.
  • Must be ready to resume immediately.
  • Experience working with clients or in a consulting environment.
  • Basic knowledge of IFRS, internal control systems, or financial modeling.
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or internal controls.
  • Certification in Microsoft Excel or other professional courses (e.g., ICAN, ACCA – even in progress).
  • Proficiency in creating presentations, reports, and client deliverables.
