Job Description/Requirements
- Provide strategic business and financial consulting services to clients across various industries
- Analyze and interpret financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
- Assist clients in developing sound internal control systems and business processes
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and financial models as needed
- Support business planning and decision-making through data-driven insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensurethe timely delivery of client engagements
- Conduct market research and identify business improvement opportunities
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and performance metrics
- Help clients implement IFRS standards, financial controls, or bookkeeping practices
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and during presentations
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Stay updated on industry best practices, compliance standards, and emerging trends
- Minimum B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet set goals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Solid understanding of financial statements, bookkeeping principles, and budgeting processes.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented structure.
- Must be ready to resume immediately.
- Experience working with clients or in a consulting environment.
- Basic knowledge of IFRS, internal control systems, or financial modeling.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or internal controls.
- Certification in Microsoft Excel or other professional courses (e.g., ICAN, ACCA – even in progress).
- Proficiency in creating presentations, reports, and client deliverables.
