Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Developer to help grow our brand by identifying new business opportunities, developing innovative business ideas, and creating new products and services that align with market needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of market trends, excellent networking skills, and a passion for achieving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new markets, customer needs, and emerging trends.

•Develop new business ideas, products, and services to cater to identified market demands.

• Generate and manage leads through networking, cold calls, and digital strategies.

•Establish and nurture relationships with local businesses, corporate organizations, and stakeholders.

•Create strategies to market our products and services, ensuring sales targets are met.

•Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.

•Negotiate contracts, terms, and partnerships to benefit the company.

•Work with the marketing team to enhance the company’s visibility through campaigns and events.

•Track performance metrics, analyze results, and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4years post NYSC experience in business development, or a similar role.

• Demonstrated ability to create new business ideas.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategies effectively.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development platforms.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
