Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to drive revenue growth, secure new business opportunities, and ensure we meet our financial goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals that contribute to the company's success.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to generate new leads and close deals.
  • Identify, research, and target prospective clients in the beauty and personal care industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Create compelling proposals and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop sales forecasts and provide regular reports on business development performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and operations, to ensure seamless client onboarding and product execution.
  • Represent Pureformula Innovations at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the cosmetics or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Experience in contract manufacturing or private labeling is a plus.
