Business Developer

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the training and education sector.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on ISO certification processes and standards to provide informed solutions.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the training or education sector.
• A strong understanding of ISO certification processes and standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
