Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to manage our booking arm, focusing on service apartments, car rentals, and event venues. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and facilitate listings and bookings.

Responsibilities:

Key Performance Areas:

1. Develop and execute business strategies to drive listings and bookings.

2. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, car rental companies, and event venue providers.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.

4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

5. Manage and optimize listing inventory.

6. Ensure high-quality listings and accurate information.

7. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.

8. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.

9. Provide exceptional customer service.

10. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies.

Requirements:

1. 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.

2. Proven track record in driving revenue growth.

3. Strong network and connections in Lagos' hospitality industry.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

6. Data-driven decision-making.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Nice to Have:
