- Maintain records of client interactions, deals, and project outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business development strategies based on client feedback and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably in the tech or software industry.
- Strong understanding of software development and IT outsourcing services.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- A global mindset with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
