We are a marketing and growth agency working with companies across Agriculture, Agritech, Tech, and various other industries. Our mission is to help businesses scale through innovative marketing solutions, strategic partnerships, and business development. We are looking for a dynamic, driven Business Development and Sales Associate to join our team to help drive new business and bring in medium-sized enterprises as clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through networking, prospecting, and outbound strategies (email, calls, etc.)
  • Qualify leads, understand client needs, and create tailored sales pitches
  • Attend networking events to build relationships and represent the agency
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until they convert to clients
  • Research potential clients in key industries and set up meetings with decision-makers
  • Collaborate with the CEO/COO on sales strategies, marketing outreach, and proposals
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with all client interactions
  • Achieve monthly sales targets


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in a B2B environment)
  • Experience working in digital marketing is a plus
  • Ability to research and basically new areas of interest
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, sales funnels, and business development strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


Skills Set:

  • Sales Skills: Cold calling, lead generation, client relationship management, pitching, negotiation
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal, presentation, and written skills
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), email marketing, social media prospecting
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client needs and develop custom solutions
  • Networking: Proven ability to network and build relationships at industry events
