Job Summary
We are looking for proactive and result-driven Business Development Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing leads, developing client relationships, and driving business growth through innovative business development strategies. You’ll play a key role in expanding Induuce’s clientele by identifying opportunities, pitching our services, and helping us close new deals. If you are entrepreneurial, motivated by achieving targets, and have a passion for growth, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Sourcing & Prospecting: Identify new leads, business opportunities, and potential clients through market research, referrals, and online platforms.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract new business across various industries.
- Client Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to build relationships.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a structured pipeline of potential leads, ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and long-term partnerships.
- Pitching & Presentations: Prepare proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs to win new accounts.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and refine business strategies.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the strategy and creative teams to ensure smooth delivery of promised services.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Track performance against business development targets and provide regular progress reports to management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong research and prospecting skills with the ability to identify and reach the right clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead-generation platforms, or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
