In August 2015, Taxaide Technologies Ltd (Taxtech®) (www.taxtech.com.ng) was formed to automate Taxaide’s processes, starting with Taxaide’s Payroll Service which. Taxtech today (i) builds software (Products) and undertakes fiscal automation Projects, with only one Project being serviced through its Process Automation Services (PAS) division; (ii) provides data protection services and training through its Data Protection Services (DPS) division and the Nigeria Data Protection (NDP) Academy respectively; and recently started (iii) extending cybersecurity services covering products and processes through its Cyber Security Services (CSS) division.
Business Units:
PAS: PAS currently features the Company’s software development of Projects and Products. The ongoing projects and products of the company are:
TServe®: Taxation Automation Platform used for organizing revenue automation at the government level (federal, state, and local), covering assessment, collections, receipting, and enforcement processes.
iDap®: An in-house product used to automate the Data Protection Compliance
VMS®: A product designed to keep corporate organizations compliant with the NDPR, especially in relation to processing visitors’ data.
TSuites;
TPay®: Payment platform that simplifies and optimizes payroll, pension, and payslip tasks for businesses.
TBook®: A mobile extension of TPay® designed for individual users.
Audit (DPCA) Service and archive relevant records/information.
THR: Human Resource management automation system
TLearn: Learning and Management automation system
TVisit: Visitors automation management systems.
. You will largely be responsible for:
Sales strategy and planning:
. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the registration of 150,000 individual users and 10,000 corporate users within the first year.
b. Identify and target key market segments, building a robust sales pipeline for TSuite’s platform as well as logistics, HR, and other software products.
c. Proactively pursue and win project deals to drive revenue growth.
User acquisition and product sales:
a. Implement effective sales tactics to drive user acquisition for
TSuite’s platform.
b. Drive the sale of logistics, HR, and other software products to both new and existing clients.
c. Conduct market research to identify potential individual and corporate users and clients.
d. Engage with potential users and clients through various channels, including direct sales, online marketing, events, and partnerships.
Relationship Management:
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
b. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure user satisfaction and retention, leading to upsell and cross-sell opportunities for other software products.
Collaboration and coordination:
a. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support user acquisition goals and software product sales.
Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from users and clients to improve the platform and other products.
Performance monitoring and reporting:
a. Track and report on sales activities, user registrations, product sales, and progress towards targets.
b. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Training and development:
a. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in logistics, HR, and other relevant software solutions.
b. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
