Job Summary

We are looking for an organized sales and marketing manager to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. The sales and marketing manager's responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and executing unique sales plans and marketing strategies to drive the company's growth and product promotion.
  • Create and manage engaging advertisements, promotional literature, and email campaigns to promote products and services effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and competitive advantages in the industry.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and objectives, ensuring all team members meet sales and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster long-term business opportunities.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing and sales teams, to ensure seamless communication and alignment on strategies and objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure goals are being met.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales progress, market trends, and growth opportunities.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing techniques, and the ability to create and execute strategic plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling advertisements and promotional content.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to create effective business strategies.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to develop unique sales plans and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
