Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and executing unique sales plans and marketing strategies to drive the company's growth and product promotion.
- Create and manage engaging advertisements, promotional literature, and email campaigns to promote products and services effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and competitive advantages in the industry.
- Set and achieve sales targets and objectives, ensuring all team members meet sales and marketing objectives.
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster long-term business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing techniques, and the ability to create and execute strategic plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling advertisements and promotional content.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to create effective business strategies.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to develop unique sales plans and marketing campaigns.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
