Business Development Associate

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and targets.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Present products/services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create proposals and marketing strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, prospects, and market feedback.
• Attend networking events and industry conferences to represent the company and foster new business relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Previous experience as a Sales Executive in a bank or insurance firm is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
• Goal-driven with a passion for achieving business growth.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Location: Rumuobiakani, Port Harcourt

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000 Monthly + 5% commission
