Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead management
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns across digital channels to reach diaspora entrepreneurs
  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for potential clients
  • Collaborate with our sales team on account-based marketing initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Maintain detailed records of all lead generation and marketing activities in our CRM
  • Stay current with legal tech trends and diaspora business development opportunities


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and business development
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse, international audiences
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analysis and optimization
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing tools
  • Understanding of the African market, particularly Nigeria, is a plus
  • Experience in legal tech or professional services is advantageous

  • Consistently meet monthly qualified lead generation targets
  • Maintain strong lead-to-customer conversion rates
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition
  • Achieve target customer acquisition costs and marketing ROI
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores for new clients
