Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and conversion: Identify, pursue, and convert potential leads into clients.
- Client relationship management: Collaborate with the in-house business lead to maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
- Proposal development and negotiation: Work closely with our business lead to create proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in business development consulting particularly in construction or related industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business growth.
- Extensive network and connections in the construction or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and be part of a team.
