Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies that expand market share and enhance profitability.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, and alliances, from existing and new prospects.
- Lead and manage high-level negotiations with potential partners, securing win-win agreements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and execute the business development plan.
- Set and achieve ambitious business development targets, reporting on progress to the executive team.
- Manage the business development team performance according to KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven track record: 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, and an established business network.
- Industry knowledge: Expertise in the education sector is preferred.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and drive results.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to think big-picture while executing specific initiatives.
- Relationship builder: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and commit stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision-making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
