Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business strategies
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and performance
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand the network
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
