We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a proven track record in real estate marketing and sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities within the real estate sector, specifically focusing on residential and commercial properties. This role requires a proactive individual with strong networking skills, a deep understanding of the Lagos real estate market (particularly the Ajah/Awoyaya region), and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This position is ideally suited for a candidate residing within the Ajah to Awoyaya axis for ease of access to the target market.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market, including land sales, property sales, and leasing
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online marketing, and participation in industry events.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of clients and prospects.
- Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, website, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company's internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Lagos real estate market, particularly within the Ajah/Awoyaya corridor.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and client needs.
- Attend relevant networking events, industry conferences and real estate related gatherings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry players.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate marketing and sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market, particularly the Ajah/Awoyaya region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of 1 a team.
- Must reside within the Ajah to Awoyaya axis in Lagos.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Must own a reliable form of transportation.
