Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to close new business deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies and ensure business growth.
- Track and report on sales performance, market activities, and competitor analysis.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build new business relationships.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies.
- Manage and follow up on client inquiries and requests.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 0 - 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and other business development tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and market dynamics.
- Experience with digital marketing or e-commerce platforms
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
