Salary: 300k - 350k (Net)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive business growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the PR industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expand our client base.

2. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and secure new business.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.

4. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

5. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored PR solutions that meet client needs.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.


Requirements:

1. 4years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, digital marketing, preferably in the PR industry.

2. Strong understanding of the PR industry including current trends and best practices.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

4. Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

5. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

6. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.


Nice to Have:

1. Experience working with CRM software, Microsoft suites nd sales analytics tools.

2. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
