Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Opportunity Identification:
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities across multiple sectors
- Conduct market analysis to uncover new growth avenues and competitive advantages
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities1
- Create and implement strategic lead generation campaigns to attract new business
Relationship Building and Client Management:
- Establish and cultivate relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and business meetings
- Develop deep understanding of client needs and challenges across diverse sectors3
- Serve as the first point of contact for new business inquiries and opportunities
Sales Development and Conversion:
- Qualify leads and opportunities based on business value and strategic alignment
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with technical and subject matter experts to create tailored solutions
- Convert qualified leads into successful client relationships and revenue streams5
Market Intelligence and Strategic Planning:
- Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to inform business strategy
- Track and analyse industry trends across multiple sectors
- Contribute to the development of business development strategies and growth plans
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline health, market opportunities, and conversion metrics
- Supporting infrastructure development projects and construction management initiatives
- Promoting AI-driven tools, compliance platforms, and banking applications to relevant markets
- Identifying and responding to tender opportunities with compelling proposals
- Developing relationships with financial institutions and cooperative organizations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics1
- Experience in one or more of our focus industries is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Strong relationship-building abilities and networking skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales management tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities
