Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients, partners, and sponsors in the media, entertainment, and corporate industries.
- Conduct research to uncover emerging trends and business opportunities.
Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients for Coded TV’s services, including film production, event coverage, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Partnership Development:
- Establish and nurture partnerships with brands, advertisers, and investors to expand business growth.
- Negotiate and close sponsorships, advertising deals, and content syndication agreements.
Proposal & Pitch Deck Creation:
- Develop compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to secure deals.
- Present and communicate value propositions effectively to potential partners.
Revenue Growth & Monetization Strategies:
- Identify and implement new revenue streams, including sponsorships, advertising, and syndication.
- Work on pricing models and monetization tactics to maximize profitability.
Networking & Industry Engagement:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to position Coded TV as a leading media brand.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the content, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment between business goals and media output.
- Provide insights on market needs and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in the media or entertainment industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and close deals.
- Experience in creating business proposals, pitch decks, and contracts.
- Established network within the media, advertising, and corporate sectors is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to industry changes.
