Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and enhance the presence of our client's Medical Diagnostics Centre.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies in the medical diagnostics industry.

  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Identify and prioritize new market opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives within the region to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and drive business growth.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, including revenue, sales pipeline, and conversion rates, to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and expand the business network within the region.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.


Requirements:

  • 3 years experience
  • Degree in a related field
