We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Executive Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in expanding our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients, understanding their needs, and effectively selling insurance products that meet those needs. Our objectives include building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and enhancing our company's reputation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
Engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other avenues to establish rapport.
Assess the insurance needs of individuals and businesses and recommend appropriate protection plans.
Collect relevant information from clients to tailor solutions based on their risk profiles.
Prepare reports for stakeholders to monitor the success of business initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, sales, and contractual terms.
Verify insurance claims to maintain trust and uphold our reputation.
Stay updated on industry trends and apply relevant knowledge.
Strictly adhere to all company-established policy obligations.
Sell the company's annuity for life pensions options to newly retired and existing retirees from private companies, and state and federal government organizations currently on program withdrawal.
Rigorously prospect in all multinational submissions of proposals within the state to sell the company's investment-linked products and pure protection plans.
Qualifications:

NCE/OND/HND/B.Sc. degree in a relevant field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience in providing client-focused solutions and building lasting relationships.
