Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales lead/Sales generation, and client conversion targets and drive revenue growth.\
- Execute outbound campaigns, such as Facebook ads and email marketing, to generate sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and potential areas for growth.
- Lead the team and represent the company effectively at any event.
- Maintained accurate records of sales, client interactions, and business activities while providing regular performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Business Development/Sales Executive in Real Estate.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Marketing tools.
- Proximity to the job location is required.
