We seek an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue & build relationships.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Business Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to grow the corporate client base.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the wellness and hospitality sectors.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set revenue and client acquisition targets.


Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify potential corporate clients and initiate outreach to promote wellness programs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and other partners.
  • Conduct presentations and pitch customized wellness solutions to decision-makers.


Product and Service Promotion:

  • Promote wellness services such as spa packages, Pilates programs, and talk therapy sessions tailored to corporate needs.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the brand and attract potential clients.


Contract Negotiation and Proposal Development:

  • Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and service agreements to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals while maintaining profitability.


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to management to refine services and offerings.


Team Collaboration and Training:

  • Work with the service delivery team to ensure seamless execution of wellness programs for clients.
  • Train staff on delivering corporate wellness services to meet client expectations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the wellness and hospitality industry, particularly corporate wellness services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
