Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Business Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to grow the corporate client base.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the wellness and hospitality sectors.
- Collaborate with the management team to set revenue and client acquisition targets.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify potential corporate clients and initiate outreach to promote wellness programs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and other partners.
- Conduct presentations and pitch customized wellness solutions to decision-makers.
Product and Service Promotion:
- Promote wellness services such as spa packages, Pilates programs, and talk therapy sessions tailored to corporate needs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the brand and attract potential clients.
Contract Negotiation and Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and service agreements to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals while maintaining profitability.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to management to refine services and offerings.
Team Collaboration and Training:
- Work with the service delivery team to ensure seamless execution of wellness programs for clients.
- Train staff on delivering corporate wellness services to meet client expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the wellness and hospitality industry, particularly corporate wellness services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level executives and decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
