Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for recruitment services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective business strategies
- Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Present our recruitment solutions to clients and tailor them to their specific needs.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their talent needs and providing solutions.
- Continuously engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful candidate placements
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 Years cognate experience with a proven track record in business development, preferably within the recruitment industry.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms for marketing
- Proven ability to develop and Implement sales strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
