Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Utilize knowledge of market trends and sales techniques to present innovative ideas and solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in venture capital.
- Strong understanding of commercial and property management practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Excellent customer service and account management skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
