Job Summary

Digital Communications Konsult (DCK) Nig. Ltd is an Information Technology Solutions Company of over two decades in Nigeria, providing ICT services to Small to Medium and Enterprise companies across Africa. To expand our Business Operations we are recruiting for the position of Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage prospective customers/clients as may be assigned.
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation, in accordance with the company’s standard procedure.
  • Onboard SME and Enterprise clients.
  • Manage and maintain sales pipelines and ensure all sales administration is up to date.
  • Develop new business relationships.
  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solutions pitch; negotiation and deals closure.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints speedily to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare sales and other reports as may be required.
  • Participate in strategy reviews, strategy development, and the implementation thereof.


Requirements:

  • HND/B.Sc in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of IT sales experience
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
  • Preferred gender: Female
