The Company undertakes Security Solutions, Offshore Support Services, Marine Logistics, Dredging, Procurement and Construction services for medium and large-scale engineering projects in Nigeria. The Company has set high-performance goals by forging partnerships with clients and by adopting an open approach to an ever-changing world market as well as integrating technological innovations into its operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are critical parts of its execution strategy. As part of expansion, the company is now seeking to recruit a results-oriented Business Development Executive.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the all the activities within the Logistics team and the Warehouses; and for the delivery of stock transactions to Customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a winning sales strategy, driving pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Negotiate and close cluster deals, building strong relationships with clients and exceeding sales targets.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends, making data-driven decisions to optimise performance.
  • Be the champion of the product, cultivating a culture of enthusiasm and dedication within the sales team.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in B2B sales.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade prospects.
  • A team player and leader, inspiring and motivating others to achieve their full potential.
  • Ambitious and proactive, looking at new ways of working and willing to own his/her own professional development.
