Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Real Estate Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the real estate sector. Your primary goal will be to expand our client base and drive growth through effective relationship-building and strategic marketing initiatives.

Job Description/Requirements

 Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, investors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals to prospective clients, highlighting our services and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment with client needs
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our real estate services.
  • Track and report on business development metrics and results, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our market presence.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.


Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 150,000
