Job Title: Lead, Business Growth (Learning and Development)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business growth strategy that positions Proten's Learning Academy as a leading provider of L&D services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the academy's offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Drive revenue growth by securing new contracts and expanding existing client engagements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure that the services offered align with market needs and client expectations.
- Report on business growth activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 Years experience in selling HR Solutions
- Proven experience in business development within the Learning and Development sector.
- In-depth understanding of L&D seasons and dynamics, particularly within leading Learning Academies.
- Demonstrated success in selling L&D services and growing business units.
- Strong network within the L&D industry in Lagos or similar markets.
