Job Summary

We seek to hire a Business Development Manager to drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a track record of achieving sales targets. To expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. This role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying potential markets, and executing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and has a deep understanding of business dynamics and sales strategies.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
  • Manage the sales pipeline and convert leads into successful business deals.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Act as the primary contact for high-value clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and support.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute strategic growth plans.
  • Contribute to the creation of new offerings based on client needs and market demands.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Set KPIs and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results to senior management.



Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in business development, sales, or related fields, with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Personal Attributes: 

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
