Sales Executive

INDUSTRY: PLASTICS and RAW MATERIALS 

SALARY: 200,000 NAIRA TO 250,000 NAIRA (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)

ADDITIONAL BONUSES BASED ON SALES PERFORMANCE

JOB SUMMARY:

Isurf Global Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the plastic or raw materials industries to join our team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with resin markets such as PP, PE, PVC, and EVA and have a strong track record of driving sales growth. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from 200,000 to 250,000 naira, with additional bonuses based on sales performance. Immediate resumption is required for this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the plastic industry.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

3. Identify market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.

5. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients.

6. Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the plastic or raw materials industries.

2. In-depth knowledge of resin markets including PP, PE, PVC, EVA, etc.

3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
