Responsibilities

• Create detailed sales plans and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Articulate the unique value proposition of the non-fluoride toothpaste, highlighting key features and benefits to potential customers.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, tailoring presentations to specific customer needs and pain points.
• Effectively address customer concerns and objections, demonstrating product expertise and market knowledge.
SALES & MARKETING
• Work closely with the Production team to provide valuable customer feedback and insights to improve product features and functionality.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns to support the new product launch
• Sales forecasting based market need analysis.
Qualifications
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably with experience launching new Toothpaste Brands
• Deep understanding of the target market, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build relationships and manage complex sales cycles
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
