Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at AGT Plaza Marketplace in Lagos. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in identifying new business opportunities
- Knowledge of e-commerce and market trends
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree or Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Retail industry and eCommerce experience preffered.
